The Gourmet Festival Relais & Chateaux stop once again at La Meridiana on Friday 23rd October and with are proud to host Mrs Luisa Valazza . Queen of "the sacred temple" of International culinary, one of the renown actresses of that world, Mrs Valazza's food is the reflection of a true woman who loves the gastronomic tradition of her territory, and offers creative and hearty dishes, where technique and research are coupled with devotion. The basis of her philosophy revolves around the choice of the raw materials, so giving value to their perculiarity and offering her magic recipes a great multi-sensorial feel. An Arts degree holder and painting as a hobby, Mrs Valazza’s kitchen performance is the reflection of colours, symbol of lively dishes which is synonymous of freshness and excellence of the ingredience.
