3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a. Update, rectification or, when interested, integration of data

b. Cancellation, any transformations in anonymous form or a block of the data whose processing violates the law, including those which is not necessary to hold with regards to the purpose for which they have been collected and processed.

c. Certification that all the people to which data have been communicated or shared are aware of the operations described in a) and b), including their content, except in the case in which this is impossible or the effort required to do so outmeasures the right to be protected.

In this LA Meridiana informs you about the ways it collects your personal data respecting the EU regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter ‘GDPR’, “General Data Protection Regulation”). We inform you that the legislation provides for the protection of the data subjects and that the processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. Your personal data will be processed by complying with the terms and conditions of the above-mentioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality provided therein.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing: your personal data will be specifically used for the following purposes, while adhering to the legal terms and agreements:

I authorize the owner to communicate the details of my stay to third parties, including other individuals in my registration document, for the sole purpose of receiving phone calls and messages.; Registration and archiving of personal data in order to facilitate booking and payment of future stays

Receiving communication over email and newsletter, based on preferences and consumer habits.

Providing data is elective for the above-mentioned purposes, and your potential refusal doesn’t compromise the relationship with La Meridiana or the accuracy of data processing. Your personal data may be used in the following ways:

-Manual processing by means of paper archives

All processing is carried out in compliance with the procedures set out in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and by means of adequate security measures.
